Dr. Cristina Imre is celebrated as a vanguard of transformative leadership, a

He serves as the CEO of the future-of-work consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts. Dr. Gleb wrote the first book on returning to the office and leading hybrid teams after the pandemic, his best-seller Returning to the Office and Leading Hybrid and Remote Teams (Intentional Insights, 2021). He authored seven books in total, and is best known for his global bestseller, Never Go With Your Gut: How Pioneering Leaders Make the Best Decisions and Avoid Business Disasters (Career Press, 2019). His cutting-edge thought leadership was featured in over 650 articles and 550 interviews in Harvard Business Review, Inc. Geraldine is the Founder and CEO at Good4work, a Total Talent Recognition software with a mission to harness the power of Web 3 to increase hybrid team/employee engagement by recognizing and rewarding talents. She provides thought leadership to inspire managers and leaders to build a high-performing culture of trust. She draws her inspiration and expertise from all her stories navigating 15 years in the corporate world of France and the US as a manager, HR business partner, and now as a global leader in the high-tech sector. Her primary focus is on building new projects, hybrid teams, and products in talent/performance management while supporting leaders. Geraldine holds a Masters in HR from Sciences-Po Paris and an HR certificate from UC Berkeley extension. She is French and lived in Paris before moving to San Francisco in 2014 with her family.
Nadia Harris, MBA, LLM – is founder of remoteworkadvocate.com, a keynote speaker, and global expert of remote and hybrid work. She was named among the Top 15 Remote Work Advocates ranking prepared by All American Speakers, the British Onalytica report “Who’s Who in Remote Working.” She was also named as a global “Remote Innovator of 2022” by Remote. During her professional career, she has worked with numerous international companies, both start-ups and structured corporations, that have allowed her to gain valuable experience. Her areas of expertise include HR operations, growth, and worldwide talent strategies as well as designing HR processes and procedures. She has successfully implemented frameworks to ensure the scalability of flexible working models based on her remote work audit aimed to ensure a holistic overview at a company’s business operations. She prides herself on having improved performance, scalability, and teamwork in organizations that have shifted from office-first to hybrid and remote work models. Having lived and worked in different countries, and being a third-culture child, Nadia made her deep dive into the possibilities of distributed work and collaborates with clients in the USA, Europe, Asia, and Africa. She is fluent in English, German, Polish and French, and holds a legal degree and an MBA in Intercultural Managerial Communication.
Debra A. Dinnocenzo is president and founder of VirtualWorks!, a consulting and training firm that specializes in virtual work issues. She is a dynamic speaker, successful author, seasoned executive, and innovative educator with more than three decades of experience in business. Debra is a co-author of the recently released book, REMOTE LEADERSHIP – Successfully Leading Work-from-Anywhere and Hybrid Teams, as well as several other books on remote and virtual teams.
Since publishing her first book on telecommuting in 1999, Debra has been a pioneer in the shift to virtual work and remote leadership – few practitioners in the field have the depth of knowledge and hands-on experience Debra brings to her work. As a nationally recognized expert on the virtual workplace, Debra is often a source for media stories on remote work issues, has spoken widely on related topics, and developed and taught “Leadership in the Virtual Workplace,” an online graduate-level course offered by Duquesne University. Debra holds B.S. and M.A. degrees in Management from Central Michigan University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. Previously, Debra was a teleworking executive and has worked from her home office for more than two decades.
Ali Greene is the co-founder and co-author of Remote Works, alongside Tamara Sanderson. Ali has experience growing the fully distributed team at DuckDuckGo from 30 people to nearly 100 people in four years as the former Director of People Ops. She was named a “Remote Expert and Influencer to Watch” by Remote Teams (Acquired by Gusto) and is a frequent speaker and podcast guest on all things Remote Work.
Tamara Sanderson cut her teeth in design at IDEO, in tech at Google and Automattic (WordPress.com), and in finance and operations at Oliver Wyman and Audax Group. With over 12 years of distributed work experience, largely while traveling the world, with 70 countries and seven continents under her belt, she’s passionate about helping others find their own paths and believes in the power of personal autonomy.
Sylvia Baffour is a professional trainer and executive coach who helps organizations thrive with emotional intelligence. She was recently named by HubSpot as one of the top 15 female motivational speakers. Sylvia is the author of I Dare You to Care, a book about using emotional intelligence skills to inspire, influence, and achieve remarkable growth. Through December 2021, Sylvia will share her knowledge and expert insight through CAVO podcasts, blogs, and a webinar.
Theresa Sigillito Hollema is the author of ‘Virtual Teams Across Cultures’ and has worked in and with global teams for over 25 years. As a cultural consultant and team facilitator, she’s helped hundreds of leaders around the world learn how to excel when working with virtual, culturally diverse teams. Previously a consultant for Trompenaars Hampden-Turner, a leading cultural consulting firm, she now leads the team at InterAct Global, a group helping organizations capitalize on cultural diversity and virtual connections. Theresa left the US for a three-month assignment 23 years ago and has lived in the Netherlands ever since.
Catherine Mattiske is the founder of The Performance Company and inventor of the globally acclaimed instructional design system – ID9 Intelligent Design. She is a globally recognized training expert with a focus on energizing and influencing organizations to change employee behavior to drive business results and achieve goals. Residing in Melbourne, Australia, and traveling the globe, Catherine has been referred to as ‘the maestro of changing behavior’. She is the author of Leading Virtual Teams: Managing from a distance during the coronavirus.
Rowena Hennigan is founder of @RoRemote, a remote skills training and consultancy company. She is a remote work expert, university lecturer, and global thought leader in remote work and digital nomadism. She created the LI learning course: https://www.linkedin.com/learning/becoming-a-digital-nomad. Her career spans almost 25 years of professional industry experience and she has an extensive range of skills. She started RoRemote in 2017, before the pandemic. Rowena had already seen the market need and began to create and co-author academic courses at TU Dublin on remote work skills. She has been named in Linkedin News, 2022 Top 10 Global Voices in Remote Work, and by Remote.com as one of the Top 25 Remote Innovators in 2021 & 2022. She is a globally acclaimed conference speaker, including a keynote for the European Parliament. She has been working remotely since 2007 and now lives in Spain with her location-independent family.
